This painting was almost three years in the making. Merritt Horan Capurro brought this piece to life with her gift—painting vivid purple and green leaves that radiate beauty and energy. 

At the heart of the work, a young boy reaches for a yellow owl key, a powerful symbol of wisdom and success. The color yellow further reinforces this meaning. Scattered throughout the painting are seven winged keys—seven being the number often associated with spiritual wisdom and achievement.
