Cancellation Policy
Artist Jones, LLC Service Booking Policy Effective Date: 2/1/25 This Service Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for booking services with Artist Jones, LLC("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service with us, you ("client," "customer," or "you") agree to the following policies. 1. Booking Procedures: Booking Methods: Services can be booked via [list booking methods, e.g., online booking system, phone, email]. Service Availability: Service availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed. Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email or verbal confirmation from our staff. Required Information: When booking, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, contact details, service requested, and any relevant details. 2. Payment: Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards and online payments. Deposit/Pre-Payment: 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Payment Due: Final payment due upon completion of service. Late Payment: Late payments will incur a 20% fee of total cost of service. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Client Cancellations: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of deposit. "No-shows" will forfeit deposit and may not rebook any services. Rescheduling: Rescheduling requests must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Company Cancellations/Rescheduling: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, equipment failure). In the event of a company cancellation, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the appointment at your convenience. 4. Service Delivery: Arrival Time: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Service Duration: Service duration is an estimate and may vary. Client Responsibilities: Client must provide a clean workspace and ensure access to the property. Service Limitations: Should the environment or circumstances seem unsafe, the services will not be rendered and a partial refund of 25% will be refunded. 5. Refunds: Refund Policy: Refunds defined in sections above. Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours. By booking a service with me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree.
